Ticket Tsunami is not liable for any actions of these parties. If you have concerns or complaints about the use of your personal information by such a party, you must contact that party directly.

The only reason we will ever share your information with affiliates is for the following purposes:

In this case, the business in question shall be the Event Organizer. As a Service Provider, we commit to implementing the best security safeguards to perform services in compliance with CCPA and CPRA.

Consumer rights under CCPA & CPRA

We do not utilize any personal or sensitive information for any purposes other than those specifically listed in the contract between the Business (the Event Organizer) and the Service Provider (Ticket Tsunami). Since we only use personal information to perform the specific services for the business, all “Right to Delete”, “Right to Opt-out”, “Right to Opt-in”, and “Right to Limit Use and Disclosure” requests should be directed to the Business. If you want to delete your account on Ticket Tsunami or correct any information you deem inaccurate, please contact Ticket Tsunami Support immediately. Please see above for our disclosure of how we use personal data. At Ticket Tsunami, we never discriminate against any consumers who choose to exercise their rights.

California Right to Initiate a Private Cause of Action

We shall honor a California consumer’s right to initiate a private cause of action for data breaches under CCPA and CPRA. All disputes or claims relating to data breaches shall be resolved through binding arbitration. The arbitration will be before a single arbitrator conducted in the county and state of your billing address, in the English language, and in accordance with the United States Arbitration Act and the Supplementary Proceeds for Consumer-Related Disputes then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. You agree that the arbitrator, to the full extent of the law, may not consolidate claims from any other party, and that the dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis, not in class, consolidated, or representative proceedings. Further, by agreeing to arbitration you waive any right to a jury trial or to participation in a class action. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. In the event you are the prevailing party, Ticket Tsunami shall pay your attorney’s fees, if any. To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send an email requesting arbitration and describing your claim to Ticket Tsunami Support.

COPPA

Ticket Tsunami is not intended to be used by anyone under the age of 18. By using any Ticket Tsunami services, you are verifying that you are above the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian of child under the age of 18 who has mistakenly given us information, please contact us at Ticket Tsunami Support to request your information under COPPA.
